Whereas the number of people new to Agile who describe their project as “the best project I’ve ever worked on” seems to be declining, and we believe work should be joyful

I’m a fan of Scrum and iterative based approaches, I’m not surprised by this realization. The early adopters are always forgiving and positive souls. I read this as a sign of maturity.

    While agree that there is more adoption of Agile and it has matured, I’m afraid that the core message is being lost. If your “agile” project isn’t the best project you’ve ever worked on, it’s your responsibility to make it better.
