Translucent Databases

Looks like a new trend in data management is emerging. Personally, I would like to hear from Jeff Jonas on the topic since he pioneered this subject. He not only took on translucent database, but he used event correlation in his NORA product, now buried in IBM’s DB2 product line. He calls it perpetual analytics. Very sophisticated stuff that is completely proprietary so Translucent Databases is the best starting point one has to understand this type of data management.
